Personally, the kitchen was odd. I guess the layout didn’t help, but the placement of the cabinets felt very disjointed. The kitchen certainly had this very functional utility feel to it. One thing I loved though was the little pantry room next to the sink and under the stairs, as well as the really high ceiling.

Behind the cabinet is a fireplace. It’s a shame it is all boarded away. To the left of the fireplace housed a huge water tank. And, the floor was carpeted! A big no no. I guess worktop space was lacking hence a drop leaf table.

The kitchen was one of our major transformation areas and we can’t wait to show you how we flipped this all around.
